I started drawing at an early age like most kids. However for me it was an obsession. I would sit around all day drawing because it gave me an opportunity to put all my ideas down on paper. I always knew that I wanted to have a career that had to do with art. When i went to Mission College i began experimenting with Photoshop for the first time. This furthered my desire to seek a carrer in art. I narrowed my selection to graphic design. I graduated from Mission in 2005 with an AA in General Studies. I entered San Jose State in the fall of 2005. It was then that i got my forst experience in actual graphic design classes. After 2 years of classes including typography and intermediate graphic design I am finally going to finish school with a Bachelors Degree in Ddesign Studies with an Emphasis in Graphic Design. It makes me proud to think that this childhood dream can finalyl be recognized. I look forward to what the future will hold and where my artisitic creativity will produce.
