Sushi is one of my favorite dishes. From raw sashimi to combination rolls, the combinations are endless. Tsukiji market located in Tokyo Japan has some of the freshest fish anywhere in the world.

Italian food is another one of my loves. The Italian way of using very fresh ingredients is something i highly admire. That, and a nice plate of pasta.

Dessert is the end to all ends. Not only do desserts looks spectacular, but their taste is heavenly. It takes a special hand to craft these delectible treats.
